“So I started working with Lucy in December 2022. Prior to that, I was not in a good way mentally, where I kept having suicidal thoughts and this has happened several times since I was 16 and anytime I went to the Doctors, I would just get put onto anti-depressants. Occasionally, I would get recommended therapy but that takes a while to be put on waiting lists and even if I met with someone it just didn’t work for me.
I met with Lucy, we have an inital chat and she was so lovely. Even then, it was such a relief. She is like having a little cheerleader or Jimminy Cricket (but looks like Tinkerbell) who is there on your shoulder, pushing you, motivating you. I have fully come off all of my anti-depressants now, she has so much knowledge about so much stuff and has built me up to be so much more resilient. I would recommend her to everyone and anyone and I just wish more people knew what she knows and can’t thank her enough for what she has done for me so far.
